Specialties

I work with women and Asian immigrants who have experienced trauma. I understand how trauma can quietly shape how we see ourselves, relate to others, and move through the world. I also work with clients who struggle with generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, and panic disorder.

Anxiety can show up as constant worrying, feeling on edge, or becoming easily overwhelmed by everyday situations—whether it’s work, school, or relationships. When anxiety touches so many parts of life, it can feel exhausting and isolating. Working collaboratively, I help clients better understand the roots of their anxiety, recognize unhelpful patterns, and develop new ways to respond, so it doesn’t have to take up so much space in their lives.

Clinical Style & Theoretical Orientation

Healing happens within a supportive and trusting relationship, and that is the foundation I build with every client. I take an integrative approach, drawing from different modalities based on each client’s unique needs. I recognize how past painful experiences may continue to affect individuals and work with them in a way that prioritizes safety and respect.

Together, we explore how life experiences—such as trauma, relationships, family, and culture—shape thoughts, emotions, and current challenges. In session, I help clients deepen awareness of their patterns, explore new coping strategies and self-care techniques, and reconnect with their body and feelings. Over time, clients can begin to let go of what no longer serves them and move toward a life that aligns with their values and goals.
