Services

At Refresh, we believe that everyone has their own unique path to progress. Our clinicians offer a variety of therapeutic models, like CBT, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, and Motivational Interviewing, to ensure that each person’s treatment is tailored to their needs and circumstances.

1:1 THERAPY

One-to-one therapy provides a space for you to learn about yourself in a supportive environment. Therapy works on a medical model which first begins with a diagnosis. The therapist will work with you to gain an understanding of the symptoms that are holding you back from living your best life. You and your therapist will work together to understand behavior patterns, communication styles, and more. This knowledge can improve interpersonal relationships and daily functioning while reducing stress. Therapy is considered a medically necessary service and since a diagnosis will be provided, you may choose to use your insurance for your care.
Psychotherapy is considered a medically necessary service and is covered by insurance. Psychotherapy begins with an intake diagnostic session, and each person will receive a diagnosis. Psychotherapy is meant to treat mental health symptoms. For individuals who do not experience symptoms and do not meet the criteria for a diagnosis but benefit from speaking with a professional, we recommend coaching.
