Specialties:
I specialize in working with women who feel overextended, anxious, and depleted from constantly putting others’ needs before their own. Many of my clients are navigating demanding careers, raising children, and managing partnerships—all while silently struggling with burnout, anxiety, low mood, and a lingering sense that something is off. Over time, they notice a reduced capacity to cope with life’s demands and feel increasingly disconnected from the version of themselves they want to be.
My work focuses on helping women recognize how chronic people pleasing, a lack of boundaries, and neglected self-care have shaped their current reality. Together, we challenge the belief that self-sacrifice is the only path to being a good partner, parent, or professional. We explore what it means to truly choose yourself—and how doing so not only replenishes your energy but strengthens your relationships and helps you show up more fully for the life you want.
Clinical Style and Theoretical Orientation:
My approach to therapy is collaborative and person-centered, rooted in open-mindedness, compassion, and empathy. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and I work alongside you to understand the root causes of your struggles while empowering you to make meaningful, lasting changes. Together, we focus on progress—not perfection—creating space for growth, self-awareness, and healing.
My style is active and practical, with an emphasis on equipping women with tools and strategies they can apply in real life. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method, so I tailor our work to your unique needs, experiences, and goals. Drawing from a blend of therapeutic techniques, I help clients explore the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while also addressing dysfunctional patterns. I aim to create a therapeutic experience that’s both compassionate and direct, grounded in truth and accountability—so you can reconnect with your true self and build a life that feels more balanced, empowered, and fulfilling.
