OUR APPROACH
Our therapists use evidence-based approaches adapted for adolescents and young adults. Sessions are practical, not just talking, and focus on building skills teens can actually use.

Changing unhelpful thought patterns
Emotion Regulation Skills
Managing big feelings without shutting down or exploding
REBT / Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy
Building resilience and perspective
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
When appropriate for anxiety and OCD
Refresh is starting a teen program slated to begin Spring 2026. Add your child’s name to the waiting list, we anticipate it will fill up quickly.
