Who This Is For

Growing Up Is Hard. Getting Help Should Not Be.

Teenagers and young adults today are dealing with more than most people realize. Academic pressure, social anxiety, identity questions, family stress, trauma, and a world that moves faster than anyone can keep up with.
At Refresh, our therapists specialize in working with young people between 14 and 21. We create a space where teens can actually talk, feel heard, and build the skills to handle what life throws at them without it all falling apart.
We work with parents too. Because when a teen is going through something hard, the whole family is affected.

What We Do Not Treat

Is Refresh the Right Fit for Your Teen?

We want to make sure every young person we work with gets the right level of care. Refresh is best suited for teens who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges and have a baseline level of stability.
At this time, we are not able to support teens who are experiencing:

Active eating disorders

Schizophrenia or psychosis

Acute suicidal ideation requiring crisis-level care

Severe substance dependency

We'll help you find the right care.

If your teen needs a higher level of care, we are happy to connect you with providers in our referral network who can help. The right fit matters — for your teen and for us.

The Process

What to Expect

Teen therapy at Refresh includes parental involvement as part of the process. We believe that when families are engaged, teens get better outcomes.
