Education & Training:

Specialties:

I specialize in working with adults navigating Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)—especially those who feel overwhelmed by constant worry, perfectionism, and uncertainty. I also work with a range of anxiety-related concerns, including school-related stress, relationship difficulties, and anger management.

At the heart of my work is a commitment to helping clients connect with their inner voice, cultivate healthier coping strategies, and build lives that feel more authentic, empowered, and aligned with their values. I strive to meet each person where they are, offering a safe and supportive environment where healing and growth can take root.

Clinical Style & Theoretical Orientation:

When treating anxiety, I use a blend of structured techniques and personalized strategies to help you uncover the root causes of your anxiety and develop effective coping tools. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, focused on helping you build practical skills to manage anxiety and regain a sense of calm and control in your life.

I draw on both clinical training and my own experience as a competitive athlete. I understand firsthand the pressures of high performance and the toll it can take on mental well-being. This perspective informs my work with individuals who struggle with self-criticism, fear of failure, and the constant pursuit of “getting it right.”

I’m also deeply aware of the stigma that often surrounds mental health, and I create a nonjudgmental, affirming space where you can speak openly about your experiences. In our sessions, I take an active and engaged approach—exploring your current challenges while offering actionable tools you can begin using right away.

We’ll work at your own pace to gradually face anxiety-provoking situations, while I provide support to help you build confidence. We’ll focus on reducing the need for constant reassurance or control and instead develop your capacity to tolerate and accept uncertainty. My goal is not only to relieve immediate distress but to empower you with a deeper understanding of anxiety, its triggers, and how to manage it proactively.

Ultimately, I aim to support meaningful, lasting change so you can transform your relationship with anxiety and thrive.
