Specialties

I work with individuals in high-stress occupations who are regularly exposed to challenging or traumatic situations. My work focuses on helping individuals process difficult experiences and understand recurring patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. A key part of the work is exploring the efficacy and deficits of current coping strategies and working toward more adaptive ways to cope with ongoing occupational stress.

Clinical Style & Theoretical Orientation

I take an individualized approach that helps clients understand how their experiences shape their emotional responses, identify patterns in behavior, and explore the impact of trauma on their relationships. I prioritize what is most important to my clients and how the demands of their roles can quietly impact self-esteem, identity, personal relationships, and sense of self.
