Specialties

I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, specifically those navigating life transitions and relationships. I understand how anxiety can inhibit us from becoming the best versions of ourselves. Anxiety can affect the way we think, relate to others, and move through everyday life, often leaving us feeling disoriented, overwhelmed, and stuck.

Whether you’re struggling to navigate relationships, feeling stuck in your current job, or overwhelmed with the uncertainty that comes with change, I am here to support you through whatever life throws your way. Adulthood can be challenging and confusing, just as much as it can be exciting and inspiring. Together, we’ll work to ease your anxieties and build confidence in yourself, while exploring how change can be an opportunity for you to create meaningful growth and a more fulfilled life.

Clinical Style & Theoretical Orientation

I view therapy as a place where you can laugh, cry, and process the emotions and thoughts you carry on a day-to-day basis. I use an integrative approach, specific to your needs, to challenge negative thought patterns, build confidence in yourself, and explore how the past may have influenced the way you think today. I recognize how disorienting anxious feelings can be and always work to make sure you feel comfortable and safe.

Collaboratively, we will work to explore the anxieties you’re experiencing- whether they are related to work, relationships, family, transitions, or personal concerns. In session, I will help you create a deeper understanding of how certain patterns have developed and are currently impacting your life. We will work to confront the unhelpful thoughts, as well as explore how change can be an opportunity for you to create meaningful growth and a more fulfilled life. Together, we will brainstorm coping strategies and self-care skills that make you feel empowered and motivated to take control of your evolving life!
