  • Master’s in Mental Health Counseling – Fordham University

Specialties:

I work with adults navigating a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. I specialize in working with women experiencing reproductive health concerns, such as peripartum anxiety and mood disorders, infertility, perinatal loss (including miscarriage and abortion), and PMDD. I’m passionate about helping women better understand the connection between their mental health and reproductive health journeys.

I also specialize in anxiety—if you’re someone who appears confident and “has it together” on the outside but privately struggles with anxiety, perfectionism, or low self-esteem, I may be a good fit for you. Life can feel overwhelming sometimes, resulting in tangled thoughts, a sense of restlessness, or a strong urgency to control things. My approach helps clients develop a new relationship with anxiety rather than avoiding it or over-analyzing it.

Clinical Style & Theoretical Orientation:

I take a holistic approach, meeting clients where they are at by helping them notice unhelpful thought patterns, explore different parts of themselves, and build self-compassion. My work focuses on helping clients become more present, flexible, and connected to what truly matters to them. I like to use curiosity and humor to create warm and authentic connections with my clients. Sessions are collaborative and conversational, providing space for vulnerability, risk-taking, ambiguity, and discomfort. My style fuels self-exploration and promotes self-healing and growth.

Lived Identity:

  • Lived experience managing anxiety
  • Career-changer
  • Committed advocate for racial justice and reproductive justice
  • LGBTQIA+ ally

Personal Interests:

I love to travel, hike, and kickbox. I have a special place in my heart for animal rescue and regularly foster shelter pups.
