Specialties:

I specialize in guiding individuals through major life transitions—those pivotal moments when life shifts beneath your feet and you’re left figuring out who you are now and where you’re going next.

Whether you’re navigating a significant loss, ending a relationship, facing a career change, adjusting to health challenges, becoming a caregiver, or stepping into a new phase of life that doesn’t look the way you expected—I help people make sense of the emotional upheaval that comes with profound change.

Life transitions often bring up complicated feelings: grief for what was, anxiety about what’s ahead, confusion about your identity, or even guilt about moving forward. Many people I work with feel stuck between their old life and an uncertain future, unsure how to bridge that gap or rebuild their sense of purpose and meaning.

My approach centers on helping you understand what this transition means for you—not what it “should” look like—and creating space to process both what you’re leaving behind and what you’re moving toward.

Clinical Style & Theoretical Orientation:

In our work together, I help you honor what you’re losing or leaving behind while also building the foundation for what comes next. We’ll explore the emotional landscape of your transition—whether that includes sadness, relief, anger, hope, or the strange mix of feelings that often comes with change—and give each of those feelings the attention they deserve.

I’ll also support you in the practical work of rebuilding: figuring out how to navigate your day-to-day life, redefining your identity, reconnecting with your values, and taking steps toward a version of your life that feels authentic and meaningful.

I don’t believe in rushing through transitions or forcing yourself to “get over it” and move on. Instead, I work with the natural rhythm of change—some days focusing on processing emotions and making sense of what’s happened, and others working on concrete strategies to care for yourself and re-engage with life in ways that feel right for you.

I bring warmth, steadiness, and deep respect into our sessions, and I trust that you are the expert on your own experience. My role is to walk alongside you during this in-between time, offering guidance, reflection, and support as you navigate uncertainty and find your way forward.
