Perfectionism can push us to work hard and stay organized—but it starts taking the driver’s seat. It begins to criticize us, raise our anxiety, drain our energy, and make self-compassion feel impossible. It can even show up in our relationships through people-pleasing or worrying too much about what others think. This group is a space to slow down and look at what perfectionism costs you, where it comes from, and how to put it down. Together, we’ll learn ways to manage perfectionistic anxiety and relate to others without the pressure to be perfect.
Two virtual group will be held weekly:
Mondays at 7pm or Thursdays at 8pm,
starting February 23 and 26.
